SYRIAN DishesTraditional Syrian meal is served in a large table cloth on the carpeted floor. It’s also best served with hot minty tea, lemon wedges, thinly-sliced tomatoes and cucumbers and some bread on the sides.

Zabadani Layered Soda is out now to finish up your full meal! With a variety of flavours to choose from using Monin world class syrups - from Green Apple, to Candied Orange, Raspberry, Strawberry, Blackberry, Blueberry and Cranberry - and a lot more are coming directly from France.

Caramel Latte is the newest member of the thousand concoctions at Zabadani layered coffee.

Spinach, Cheese with Black Olives

Fresh Spinach sauteed in butter just crispy tossed with Quickmelt cheese then heated in the oven garnished with black olives and a dash of thyme.

Perfect during Tea Time paired with Teekanne Peppermint or Sir Winston Earl Grey teas.

Anchovies Bruschetta

Thin slices of delectable anchovies laid over a day old French Bread with tomatoe paste and fresh young tomatoes topped with black olives and dried thyme for the finish and sprinkles of guarded Zabadani secret ingredients!

Peeled Shrimps with Black Olives

Peeled shrimps tossed in the skillet with melted butter garnished with Zabadani secret ingredients topped over 1-day old French Bread swiped with tomatoe paste and topped with fresh young tomatoes and garnished with thyme.

Olives stuffed with Anchovy Paste

Olives stuffed with the undeniable taste of anchovies over a day old French Bread with fresh tomatoes, cheese and sprinkles of guarded Zabadani secret ingredients!

Perfect with Teekanne Camomile Tea!

Seafood Bruschetta Series Smoked Oyster

Zabadani Layered Coffee is now putting it's newest partner to its Layered Coffee - the Bruschetta Series.

Toppings vary from Smoked Oyster, Smoked Mussel, Smoked Scallop, Baby Clam, Shrimp, Mozarella Cheese and Spinach, Garlic Chilli, Just-ripe Tomatoes, Anchovies, Tuna Flakes, Corned Beef, Gorgonzola Cheese and Honey, White Beans, Black Olives, Mushrooms, Grilled Cheese and many more.

Our Seafood Bruschetta series are brushed with fresh garlic, dash with garlic powder, an ample amount of chilli powder, drizzle of extra virgin olive oil garnished with Thyme twigs and some more extra Virgin Olive Oil for that distinctively mediterranean taste or spread with arab cream cheese topped with strips of quickmelt cheese.

One serving consists of three slant slices of 1-day old French Bread at Php 60.00 per serving.

Jam Berries & Cream Cheese

The Jam Berries and Cheese Bruschetta series are served with partially toasted 1-day-old French Bread, whipped with Arab Cream Cheese, topped with strips of quickmelt cheese and then finished up with a selection of berry jams from blackberry to blueberry to strawberry.One servings comes in 3 slices @ Php 50.00 per serving.

Strawberry Latte Macciato

Zabadani is now serving berries on our coffee menu from Raspberryto Cranberry to Blackberry to Blueberry and Strawberry giving additional layer on our Layered Coffee TRADEMARK - the first and only in Davao City and the Philippines!

Be enticed with the kick of your coffee or a Latte splashed with the tempting taste of raspberry lulling your tastebuds to satisfaction!

Hannah relishes her Caldo Fragola Latte Macciato in an Irish cup feeling the subtle yet intensely lovely strawberry.

In a couple of fortnights time, The BERRIES & NUTS series will be complete, Inshaallah, with Almond, Chestnut, Amaretto, Macadamia Nut, Coconut, Pistachio & Hazelnut rounding it up.

Macadamia Nut flavoured Latte Macciato with Monin Cranberry Syrup.

Mochachino and Flat White

Flat whites are famous in Australia which is a lighter cousin of the more famous cappuccino.

Raspberry Latte Macciato

Vanilla nut flavoured Latte Macciato with Monin Raspberry syrup.

Blended Blackberry Espresso

Espresso blended directly and dashed with Monin Blackberry syrup
